Worst stay and no service

I booked at the Garden Court in CPT and it was the worst stay ever.

First they gave me an adjoining room and I could hear the racket the people next to me were making, they kept opening their door. Then the air conditioner worked but made a very loud noise every minute or 2. I switched it off but the room got so hot that I couldn’t sleep, switching the AC on didn’t help either due to the loud grinding sound. The hotel staff and manager were so unhelpful. Apparently they had no other rooms available and I had to just accept that and stay. I spoke with the manager after getting into my room and even she wasn’t helpful. Surely there should be some contingency for issues like this. It was the worst stay ever! I can honestly say that I was lucky if I got even a full hour of sleep each night. It was a nightmare of a stay.
