Fraudulent business and/or Scam

Garden Goods is a scam. Their staff (Sharon) confirms 6 December that her boss (Terrence Ndou) will pass a refund of R3100 as they do not have stock of the fertiliser I paid for on 7 Nov 2021. Terrence in turn commits 21 Dec and 23 Dec he will refund me on that day.
