Whilst the initial installation did not go to our satisfaction, once we brought this to the management attention, they took a personal interest in resolving our issues. Weekly site visits and more frequent telephonic check ins ensured they had their finger on the pulse. I'm so glad I used them, else a R100k project would have had to be re-done, at my expense.

Friday 18 December 2015 Boardmaster delivered damaged and defaced Formica postform tops and melamine shelving. I notified them the next day at 10:45, but Darryl and his team refused to replace the damaged goods as I took too long to get in touch with them. Too much risk dealing with them.
