Fraudulent business and/or Scam
Labyrinth Nursery is one and same as Garden Goods, which is a scam. Labyrinth no longer exist at their listed address. Their staff (Sharon) confirms 6 December that her boss (Terrence Ndou) will pass a refund of R3100 as they do not have stock of the fertiliser I paid for on 7 Nov 2021. Terrence in turn commits 21 Dec and 23 Dec he will refund me on that day. Businesses which share the same contact details and which are directly linked to GardenGoods Goldfields Music Labyrinth Nursery World of Succulents Gardengate Waterwise Nursery www.bulkseed.co.za www.bulkfertilizer.co.za Listed numbers out of order 011 760 1421 011 042 0000 Ryan Hermanson (co-owner) is no longer on his listed number

Labyrinth Nursery are not to be trusted!
Through Labyrinth nursery I came across an online GardenGoods.co.za online store. All looked amazing, you could choose plants, seeds and lawndressing etc and add to your basket and pay online! Better still orders over R1000 got free delivery in Gauteng! I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago! I have had zero feedback as to when my order will be delivered! The telephone landline number seems to disconnect. There is a Terence listed on the site with his cell number who I managed to speak to once, since then he doesn’t reply to my messages or answer my calls!! Shocking treatment of a customer!! I either want my money back or a delivery but this is getting ridiculous that you can’t even speak to anyone or get an answer! Starting to think it is all a scam!! So don’t be fooled by the professional websites! Anything but professional!
