Garden Route Mini Mover Bad Service

Do not do business with this company! I was contacted by them in July after I went on Bark to find a moving company. I was impressed with their quick response. They sent me a quote which I accepted. I paid 50% deposit. After that they were sluggish to respond when I contacted them. When my date came to move they let me know that their truck broke down in Bloemfontein. They moved the date. This continued for 3 weeks! They (Garden Route Mini Mover - Sonja) then suggested that I get someone else because they did not want me to wait any longer, which I then did. They offered to refund my money. I had to complete a refund form, which we did. We are now in September and I still have NOT received my money! After many emails and whatsapps I have still not seen my money. I think this is very unprofessional. They don’t even answer me anymore. At the end of August they promised that the money would be paid on month end. Still nothing. We had to pay upfront to book, but they take months to refund. What a disappointment. Spare yourself the stress. Don’t do business with them.
