Worst company you can ever deal with
Worst company you can deal with. They take your money but never move anything and keep coming up with excuses. After moving the date 4 times they offered me a refund which from the 30th of July 2024 until today the 19th of December 2024 never happened. Sonja Viljoen doens't respond to any communications.

Worst company you can ever deal with
Worst company you can deal with. They take your money but never move anything and keep coming up with excuses. Beware Garden Route Mini mover
Stay away from this company .Don’t pay any money over to this company . Once you have paid them Sonja Volschenk will give you excuse after excuse and your move will not Happen . Still awaiting my refund as I had to obtain services from another moving company to assist me . Have now successfully laid a ***** and theft case at SAPS.

Beware Garden Route Mini mover
Stay away from this company .Don’t pay any money over to this company . Once you have paid them Sonja Volschenk will give you excuse after excuse and your move will not Happen . Still awaiting my refund as I had to obtain services from another moving company to assist me . Have now successfully laid a ***** and theft case at SAPS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
****MERS!!!! Stay away. Were ****med by this company, all the bad reviews gets removed from this platform. Sonja is very friendly and accommodating when you ask for a quote. Once you paid, she is never at the office, never respond to questions. And they never showed up on the moving day. I opened a case at SAPS,.

Still trying to locate Garden Route Mini Mover as address on their quotation does not exist.Sonja Volschenk ( they also operate under the name Klein Karoo Meubelvervoer) they have taken many people for a ride and once you have paid them - it’s impossible to get hold of them. Have opened case with SAPS and I have flagged their current account . Do not use them.Sonja refund me or send me your address . To Hello Peter- stop removing my reviews !

Stay away from this company.There is no other way to describe these people as ****mers and *****’s . Garden Route Mini Mover Bad Service
Do not do business with this company! I was contacted by them in July after I went on Bark to find a moving company. I was impressed with their quick response. They sent me a quote which I accepted. I paid 50% deposit. After that they were sluggish to respond when I contacted them. When my date came to move they let me know that their truck broke down in Bloemfontein. They moved the date. This continued for 3 weeks! They (Garden Route Mini Mover - Sonja) then suggested that I get someone else because they did not want me to wait any longer, which I then did. They offered to refund my money. I had to complete a refund form, which we did. We are now in September and I still have NOT received my money! After many emails and whatsapps I have still not seen my money. I think this is very unprofessional. They don’t even answer me anymore. At the end of August they promised that the money would be paid on month end. Still nothing. We had to pay upfront to book, but they take months to refund. What a disappointment. Spare yourself the stress. Don’t do business with them.
