Ben W installed my device at 7:30 am the day after I app**** and he kept in touch u till acess was granted. He even offered to come back and have a look at my connection. Always a good experience visiting your shop. Barry, Aaron and Grace, you guys make such a big difference in our lives. My special needs daughter insist on visiting your shop often eventhough it is far from home. She love seeing you guys, you guys put a smile on her face. Thank you for making such a big difference in her life. We live in a cruel world when it comes to the treatment of special needs children, but you guys brighten up her life with your friendliness and care. We have actually never gotten bad service or vibes from any of the rest of the staff too. All in all this Spar is just a feel good go to place to shop.

I have been battling to get feedback from FMB ***** department regarding a ***** case. Always have to hear the query will be escalated. Even visits to the branch on many occasions delivered no feedback. The inspector assigned to the case doesn't reply to e mails anymore and the number provided for her is not reachable from day one.
A ***** case was reported almost 4 months ago. The case was assigned to an inspector. All requested documents, case number and affidavit was sent to her. No feedback was received. Dozens of calls made to the ***** dept later I went to the local branch to ask assistance. They also couldn't get hold of the inspector, but got an e mail from the onspector's teamleader stating that they traced the money to a Capitec account, they will provide feedback the next day. A week later I returned to the branch and I was advised to logg a complaint against the ***** dept on their website in the branch and they have 24 hours to respond. This was two weeks ago. No feedback, no response from FNB. Very big concern for clients as we have numerous accounts with FNB. Visiting a branch delivered no result, escalating a complaint , no result. There is no way of contacting the ***** inspector as the contact number provided ( landline ) is always unavailable.
Had such a terrible experience, I will never support them again. I wanted to utilise rewards points but after fuel was done they told me the rewards machine is not working. I asked to speak to a manager as I could see the lady assisting me really didn't want to help me. Apparently no manager was available. I asked for a supervisor, she pointed at 2 guys standing outside, of which one also said they can't help me. The second supervisor assisted me so quick. I unfortunately experienced ****** treatment, for that reason Shell Richards Bay will never see me again, ai will rather go firther to our local Total station where we always have a good chat and mutual respect for each other.
Received excellent honest customer service from Mlungisi Ngobese. But they promise to utilise credit then just don't. This is causing reversals two months in a row on my bank account which has an impack on my credit score.
No electronic claims allowed to claim for a cracked tablet screen.
I bought a lounge suit on credit. When i wanted to claim insurance because I had no income for 4 months I suspected fraud on my account as i was not allowed to claim insurance because I was apparently receiving income from a spouse who passed away. I reported ths to head office and I was made a deal. I paid the amount they gave me to settle. A few m8nth later I was told to pay another small amount which I did. I am still battling to get thw account closed and I am threatened with legal sms every day. I went to the branch where I get a nasty attitude and being treated like shit. I even contacted the regional manager who fetched the last payment from my house. Even he won't sort this out. My messages are being ignored. I was told by a staff member from another branch that I need to get this sorted otherwise I will be listed on ITC and never be taken off. This battle have been going on for longer than a year now. The couches I bought all have sagges and broke already. I will NEVER buy from Lewis again. No customer service and fraud being done on accounts and customers being treated like shit.
