Horrible to say the least...

If I could give a negative 100% I would. Had the booking set, called prior to the booking to confirm all was OK and they accommodated to move us to the ground floor and on the day of arrival without notice the booking was 'cancelled by venue' with no reason or explanation or even a call... Pathetic service to say the least, and thats me being polite...

Luckily we found a stunning place which was available and the Owners were so accommodating and polite... I would give them a gold medal for service.
