Our experience with Gary Mann Estate as tenants at 70 Koos De La Rey Street, Vanderbijlpark, has been extremely disappointing.

From the beginning, their overall service and treatment towards us was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright discriminatory. We consistently felt that we were treated unfairly compared to other tenants, which left us deeply uncomfortable.

On top of this, we were charged amounts that could not be properly explained or justified, despite requesting clarification. Instead of receiving support and accountability, we were made to feel as though our concerns did not matter.

We would strongly caution anyone considering dealing with Gary Mann Estate to be aware of how they treat tenants. Our time with them caused unnecessary stress and hardship, and we would not recommend their services.
