The worst possible experience from the property practitioner Karina Edenhoff from Gary Mann Estates as well as the property management company itself. The little girl assigned to be my rental agent Karina Adenhoff did not take me serious and my business serious at any point with the tenants she was meant to manage in my property. I received rental payments late in my bank account. when the tenant contraviened the rules of the complex she would side with the tenants and never at any stage did she take charge and be firm or at least not be bias. When my property was ruined i had to convince her that the tenants are responsible and had to follow the contract in making them pay, she tried very hard to protect the tenant. I felt that she is racial and undermining as the tenants were a white couple. I did not renew the lease with the tenants and their last month was Sep, however, Karina had not assisted in having my unit fixed and replacing my keys and remote until 5th November. This girl hardly answered my calls, instead she would sent texts stating she's in other meetings or viewing and that she will get back to me. i never felt prioritised at any point until we cut ties. She is the worst agent I've experienced, I'd never recommend her for anyone. She is very bias, unprofessional and incredibly insensitive and disrespectful. No sense of customer importance or value.

Our experience with Gary Mann Estate as tenants at 70 Koos De La Rey Street, Vanderbijlpark, has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, their overall service and treatment towards us was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright discriminatory. We consistently felt that we were treated unfairly compared to other tenants, which left us deeply uncomfortable. On top of this, we were charged amounts that could not be properly explained or justified, despite requesting clarification. Instead of receiving support and accountability, we were made to feel as though our concerns did not matter. We would strongly caution anyone considering dealing with Gary Mann Estate to be aware of how they treat tenants. Our time with them caused unnecessary stress and hardship, and we would not recommend their services.

Our experience with Gary Mann Estate as tenants at 70 Koos De La Rey Street, Vanderbijlpark, has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, their overall service and treatment towards us was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright discriminatory. We consistently felt that we were treated unfairly compared to other tenants, which left us deeply uncomfortable. On top of this, we were charged amounts that could not be properly explained or justified, despite requesting clarification. Instead of receiving support and accountability, we were made to feel as though our concerns did not matter. We would strongly caution anyone considering dealing with Gary Mann Estate to be aware of how they treat tenants. Our time with them caused unnecessary stress and hardship, and we would not recommend their services.

Again a frustrating owner of Ines place corner Joubert street Vereeniging across Mediclinic. We have been without electricity for nearly two days. We reach out to there offices to help us. They simply not even answer your email. They can't even organise a meeting among owners so problems can be discussed. As Ines place is detiortationg day by day. I would not recommend this estate agents service to anyone. Their service is beyond poor. They don't even deserve a star. Disgust with there service. Who is going to compensate us for the lose of damages we suffer to poor quality services from Garry Mann estate

This is the real estate agent that takes care of our building Ines place Joubert street across medic clinic Vereeniging. Our gate is broken now for almost a week now. Coz of children playing with the gate remote open and close it a million times a day. The big matter here is you send email asking when is the gate going to be fixed. No reply. 75% of the tenants living here, are woman living ALONE. We have to climb out of our cars at night to open the gate and close it behind you. This is dangerous as you get mugged from behind. And what I don't understand is we pay levies every month. Why is there no money to fix this gate. And why does the children here not get discipline not to play with an electric gate motor
