I received an message from FNB that they have processed my debit order. I haven't even got paid my salary yet. And they proceeded with debit orders. Now it puts me in a bad light. How many times do I have to tell FNB that I don't get paid early in December. This to me is very humiliating. Coz now I have to get charged fees unnecessarily. Is this how FNB threats customers that have been a client with them for 27 years. Then they send you an email sorry for the inconvenience caused and I must put in a request for revearsal of charges. It's is unacceptable
I phone this company to arrange an upliftment for returns. Let me tell you South Africa their service is beyond poor. They either drop the phone in your ear Or tell you straight away phone reception again. Coz she doesn't know why the call has been put through to her. If service is like this close your doors. Their staff has no telephone etiquette at all. What is it just to give you a number of a rep to came and help you
Your services here at midvaal is beyond poor. The clinic personal waits for loadshedding to end. Really but they still write information via a file. No electricity needed for that. And everyone raves about midvaal. People sit and wait 3 hours waiting to be helped. Where is your services
Electricity people hit a water pipe literally ran away. Gives a excuse they phoned metsi lekoa. And these people are just giving a damn that precious water is going to waste. You phone a lady by the name or Lydia picks up even gives you a reference number 475742. Promise you she is sending someone out. And no one is coming. Your service sucks
Again a frustrating owner of Ines place corner Joubert street Vereeniging across Mediclinic. We have been without electricity for nearly two days. We reach out to there offices to help us. They simply not even answer your email. They can't even organise a meeting among owners so problems can be discussed. As Ines place is detiortationg day by day. I would not recommend this estate agents service to anyone. Their service is beyond poor. They don't even deserve a star. Disgust with there service. Who is going to compensate us for the lose of damages we suffer to poor quality services from Garry Mann estate
No stars what so ever for this company. There security guards treats you like a real criminal when you want to go to the toilet. the female security touching you inappropriate and kicks you with her hand demanding you to empty your pockets. Now my question is what am I going to steal in a toilet with my cellphone and keys on me. That is all. Absolutely discussed with this company.
I am utterly disappointed with the service I get from MTN. First I was called by a gentleman that said I can upgrade. It was an Indian individual. A day later I phoned out of courtesy. And was told my package was cancelled. No phone call back to tell me anything. this is beyond disappointment. Right you try online to upgrade and connection is horrible. You get an email back to say a consultant will be in touch with you. I'm still waiting. It forces me to go instore to my local MTN store. When you get there. Sorry we have loadshedding the system is off. Really people this is disgusting service. And then you can't get the package which is advertised online. You are forced to take what is available in store. And to top up the horror service you get. I have to wait 7 days for my upgrade coz they don't have stock. You as MTN please close your doors coz you are a disgrace as a company. Not happy
This is the real estate agent that takes care of our building Ines place Joubert street across medic clinic Vereeniging. Our gate is broken now for almost a week now. Coz of children playing with the gate remote open and close it a million times a day. The big matter here is you send email asking when is the gate going to be fixed. No reply. 75% of the tenants living here, are woman living ALONE. We have to climb out of our cars at night to open the gate and close it behind you. This is dangerous as you get mugged from behind. And what I don't understand is we pay levies every month. Why is there no money to fix this gate. And why does the children here not get discipline not to play with an electric gate motor
ABSA bank Meyerton absolutely horrible service. Stand in the bank to pay money into someone bank account. One person to help you. What happen to customer service. Another horrible bank just like standard bank and FNB. No stars for you
I contacted the branch in Randfontein via Facebook coz I need prices on tyres. They replied they can't help me. Again what happened to customer service. So they gave me a number to call. I called the number and the call centre agent answer. She gave me a cellphone number of a Nicole. I WhatsApp the woman with my request and absolutely no reply. Dunlop it's a disgrace to say the least how you do business as a leading tyre manufacturers. Their are no Star for you
