Poor Workmanship and Motto was ****** with brackets within 4 days of installation

My Door Motor was installed on the 24 December 2025 by GGD Repairs. We paid R9200 for supply and installation of a gate motor to GGD Repairs. We went to the Company with trust that they will do proper job as they have g approximately 15 years’ experience in this industry, thereby creating a reasonable expectation of professional workmanship and adherence to acceptable installation standards. The installation was negligently and improperly executed. Specifically, the bracket intended to secure and protect the gate motor was drilled and fixed into soil, rather than being properly anc****d into a solid concrete foundation or other secure structure. This method of installation falls well below industry standards and rendered the motor inadequately secured and easily removable. As a direct consequence of this poor workmanship, the gate motor was ****** on 30 December 2025, together with all associated components, including the bracket and protective cage.

Within 4 days of installation my motor was ****** so easy with everything as they acted like they are drilling but they drilled into soil.

Never use this Company, poor workmanship. Andre is very rude as we went to see him after motto was ****** and he chased us out.
