Poor Workmanship and Motto was ****** with brackets within 4 days of installation
My Door Motor was installed on the 24 December 2025 by GGD Repairs. We paid R9200 for supply and installation of a gate motor to GGD Repairs. We went to the Company with trust that they will do proper job as they have g approximately 15 years’ experience in this industry, thereby creating a reasonable expectation of professional workmanship and adherence to acceptable installation standards. The installation was negligently and improperly executed. Specifically, the bracket intended to secure and protect the gate motor was drilled and fixed into soil, rather than being properly anc****d into a solid concrete foundation or other secure structure. This method of installation falls well below industry standards and rendered the motor inadequately secured and easily removable. As a direct consequence of this poor workmanship, the gate motor was ****** on 30 December 2025, together with all associated components, including the bracket and protective cage. Within 4 days of installation my motor was ****** so easy with everything as they acted like they are drilling but they drilled into soil. Never use this Company, poor workmanship. Andre is very rude as we went to see him after motto was ****** and he chased us out.

Budget Insurance - Recommended Plumber messed up
I have Insurance with Budget Insurance, I requested Home Assist on the 14 February 2025. I had an issue with Leaking tab. Budget Insurance recommended Plumbing Johannesburg to assist. They went on the 15 to check what's going on. The plumber sent me quote on the 21st February 2025. I paid on the 25th so my plumbing issue can be fixed. They came on the 27th to insert a cartridge on my Kitchen Sink and install bath mixer in the bathroom. Problem was fixing Kitchen sink. They couldnt fix the leak in the Kitchen, they left with Kitchen sink leak in worse state. The leak was now pouring and they left. Plumbing Johannesburg returned after my tenant informed me that the leak is worse and had to ask Plumbers to return. The plumbers were rude to my Tenants on their return and switched off water without explaining. I called Budget Insurance today - 28 February 2025 that the Plumbing Service they connected me with were rude and they left water running. Budget told me that its not their problem as call of home assist is closed. Budget you are the ones that connected me with Plumbers. I'm having a Crisis with Plumbers you recommended. You now tell me its not your problem. The Agent told me she will call Plumbers and return back to me but she never did, we couldn't get hold of plumbers. That is not your problem is not supporting.

Do not enter your daughter this Peagent. All that they are after is money from kids. These are just kids but the peagent demands more and more money. They are driven by greed. When I registered I was never told about this ****. Kids must find votes, find sponsor. Greet!

Labels don't stick
I bought 2 value packs for my kids. The stick on shoe name didnt last a month. Iron on labels dont stick at all. The pens stick on, I had to put in tape over name. I won't recommend this Company. Labels don't stick at all

Defy Fridge - technicians bypass gas - modified parts
I bought Defy side by side fridge in 2018 Nov 11. The fridge is repaired yearly. Last repair was done last year and I got promised at least 5 year no problem fridge. The fridge is not working again today. I informed my insurance as I know I'm out of Guarantee. They checked the Fridge and they found out that DEFY Technicians were not fixing the Fridge properly. Report from my insurance: I was given modified Compressor and it was fitted to bypass gas leak. The leak was not correctly detected and sealed and gas leaked out. Fridge was not fixed correctly hence yearly fixes and now I'm out of guarantee even my insurance is not assisting. I need Defy to properly fix my fix, I have lost month worth of food. My fridge is not working again due to *********** technicians who provide second hand parts. Highly disappointed.

Aphumelele Tonga - *******/ ***** Lawyer at Sonkosi Attorneys
Please do not use this law firm. There is a Lawyer there called Aphumelele Tonga, he is greedy and unprofessional. We bought a House and he new very well that there is no Tittle Deed for the house. He charged us R11000 which he pocketed. He works with Agents who sells houses in Palm Ridge and Katlehong. Apumelele he is bad and corupt lawyer who will make as if your deal is ethical but its not. DO NOT GO TO SONKOSI and Associates.

Lister clinic worse than Gorvement
Bad service...Government hospitals are better. Dr's don't have time; not friendly at all. Very cold people. I went there on a Saturday, receptionist told us to sit on black chairs but they don't have black chairs...we set there for 3 hours awaiting nurse to call us for BP check. The nurse was not there...disappeared. Staff is Unhappy...moral of Dr's is low...disaster only. Do not go there...worse than Government hospitals...

Lie about Bursary - Dont fall to that trap. Grace Trinity do not offer Bursary - LIES and LURE
I'm highly disappointed in how Grace Trinity do their Marketing. They approach Learners from Government School by giving the Principals fancy letters that they will award your child Bursary. They will setup meetings to meet parents and kids will write Exams knowing very well that they are lying and deceiving parents. The time and money spent going to the School with empty promises. When attending the meeting all they talk about is how bad Government Schools are. There is no Bursary, they lie to your kids School and your kid Principal. Lying is a number NO especially that its Christian School. There are better ways to Market your School, thou shall not lie! DO NOT EVER PROMISE KIDS BURSARIES KNOWING THAT YOU ARE WASTING OUR TIME and MONEY ATTENDING MEETINGS, INTERVIEWS, EXAMS to be told there is no BURSARY. CHRISTIAN School that LIE!!!! NO WAYS. YOU ARE A DISAPOOINTMENT to YOURSELS!!! PARENTS, NEVER ATTEND THOSE BURSARY MEETINGS, THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME!!! WONDER WHAT THEY TEACH KIDS with LAME Marketing strategy...LAZY and LAME!!!

Defy fridge - yearly maintenance
I bought Defy side by side fridge in 2018 Nov 11. The fridge needs repairs yearly. Last repair was done last year and I got promised at least 5 year no problem fridge. The fridge is not working again today. Customer service is very bad, the Call Centre not trained to talk to customers. My issue now is fridge will come out of warranty and coming years I need to service this fridge yearly. I need Defy to replace this fridge. there is definite fault with this.

No guarantee- motto last 2 months working
PN gate auto, they install motto gate that doesnt have good quality, sub standard...the motto gate I installed stopped working after 2 months of install. I have put surge and was given guarantee of 3 years. When gate stopped working no 1 wanted to gone fix the motto.
