Disappointed - none delivery of products ordered!
I am rating a one because rating a zero is not an option. I am really disappointed with the service received. My order is long overdue and I have been following up for the past four days. Schools have opened so there is no need for me to even get this order, however, I paid for it so I expect you to deliver on your side. They forwarded me the Fastway couriers details, not sure why. Because I paid the shipping costs to Labels4All so if Fastway couriers is not delivering on their part its not for me to follow up but for you as the service provider I transacted with. I am still waiting for my order. No response on the phone, email and even social media platforms. I will keep sending these follow ups as confirmation before moving this to a formal complaint to the NCC.

Wow I am so impressed with the service , Places my order yesterday afternoon , and this morning received a call that my parcel has been delivered. Thank you so much for the fast service and I love the Labels.

Labels4school and Fastway Couriers - JHB. Excellent service :)
What a wonderful experience. I placed an order on Monday the 5th, received an update yesterday advising that my parcel was ready for collection, and received my order this morning via Fastway Couriers. Thank you to both Labels4school and Fastway. Excellent service :)

No customer service - stay away!
I have been ordering from this company for 3 years now and when I requested a change to an order immediately after I placed it, they said they couldn’t because the job was in the queue. The change was insignificant and would not impact price. They provide 2 contact numbers yet don’t answer calls. This is no way to treat existing or new clients. I will take my business to someone that is willing to value my orders.

I have been ordering from this company for 3 years now and when I requested a change to an order immediately after I placed it, they said they couldn’t because the job was in the queue. The change was insignificant and would not impact price. They provide 2 contact numbers yet don’t answer calls. This is no way to treat existing or new clients. I will take my business to someone that is willing to value my orders.

Labels don't stick
I bought 2 value packs for my kids. The stick on shoe name didnt last a month. Iron on labels dont stick at all. The pens stick on, I had to put in tape over name. I won't recommend this Company. Labels don't stick at all
