I am rating a one because rating a zero is not an option.
I am really disappointed with the service received. My order is long overdue and I have been following up for the past four days.
Schools have opened so there is no need for me to even get this order, however, I paid for it so I expect you to deliver on your side.
They forwarded me the Fastway couriers details, not sure why. Because I paid the shipping costs to Labels4All so if Fastway couriers is not delivering on their part its not for me to follow up but for you as the service provider I transacted with.
I am still waiting for my order. No response on the phone, email and even social media platforms. I will keep sending these follow ups as confirmation before moving this to a formal complaint to the NCC.
