I am rating a one because rating a zero is not an option. I am really disappointed with the service received. My order is long overdue and I have been following up for the past four days. Schools have opened so there is no need for me to even get this order, however, I paid for it so I expect you to deliver on your side. They forwarded me the Fastway couriers details, not sure why. Because I paid the shipping costs to Labels4All so if Fastway couriers is not delivering on their part its not for me to follow up but for you as the service provider I transacted with. I am still waiting for my order. No response on the phone, email and even social media platforms. I will keep sending these follow ups as confirmation before moving this to a formal complaint to the NCC.
I am only giving one star; because the is no option to give ZERO; because that is exactly what they deserve!!! It is almost two months since I returned a soccer jersey and my refund has still not be processed. They claim they did but when I ask for proof of payment they went mute. I have been following up for weeks and their calls go straight to voicemail. You get told to leave a message but that is also useless because no one will get back to you. Their facebook team was responding initially now they are going mute, Not sure what ****ming business is happening there but they will not get away with it. I am approching the Consumer Good and Services Ombuds. I WANT MY MONEY.
I am only rating a one, because I cannot rate anything less than that. However, I want to share my experience with Rochester. I bought a dining table and chairs, as seen at the shop floor. Delivery was paid for and scheduled for three days after purchase. Two days after purchase I get a call for delay in delivery due to the warehouse tables being wet. I allow for the delay. Delivery eventually happens 6 days later and it is the incorrect table ( I got the chairs the day before). I send back the table with the delivery guys and the store agrees to have the correct table delivered in the next four days. However the store calls me two days earlier than scheduled to tell me they will delivery on the same day. I was very excited. The driver gets to my place without letting me know an hour before (as they had communicated he would), I had to rush home from work to accept collection. I get home and the table is still not the correct one. I speak to the sales lady to inform her and I asked that she send a picture of the one I saw at the store to show her that it is not the same. She then sent me a picture of a table at a different store (which looks like the one they delivered) but it is not the one I saw at her store. The driver leaved the table and I decided to go to the store after work to resolve this. I get there and I ask for a refund because they clearly do not have what I want anymore. I asked to see the table and they told me it was bought and it is on its way to Zimbabwe. Next day I lodge a complaint with their customer service department. This was on a Friday so I waited for the Monday to follow up. I followed up on the monday and they indicated that the table will be fecthed on Thursday. Today as I type this review it is a day later and no one has contacted me and the ugly table that I do not want is still in my house. I called customer service and I also contacted their whatsapp support team and the feedback I got is that the call has been closed and the note read "customer does not know what she wants". So I call the store to find out why they have not called me and I how long it takes to get a driver to collect, so while on the call the manager (who had been hanging up on me before - I have recorded conversations) calls the delivery guy and they indicate that they will fetch it on Monday. When they take your money they rush but now that I am not happy and I want my money, now I must get the run around. This is unacceptable. I have had to open another complaint to address the same issue
I am only rating a 1 because I have no option to rate a zero. Looking for a property is draining and exciting at the same time, the last thing you need is an agent who lacks enthusiasm and treats you like they are doing you a favour. We had the most unpleasant experience with Gwen Kenmuir, she was not providing us with any information on the house, we had to even ask if she isn't going to take us through and even after that we literally just walked around with zero details of the house and she walked away when I was talking to her asking questions. That just shocked me!! Although the house is not hers, we decided not to do anymore business with her going forward. The customer should not have to feel like this simply because the agent lacks simple customer/people skills.
<p>I changed residential addresses because of work commitments and because of that and other factors my premium had increased. A lovely lady by the name of Anati from MiWay assisted me in actually reducing the premium to a lower amount and for that I am super happy.</p>
<p>I am gatvol of Bregan Properties. A few minutes after posting a review on hellopeter, they requested for my banking details to pay back my deposit and a week later (which is today) I received the deposit, which was only 15% of what I was originally suppose to receiev. After the **** service they gave me, I am not gonne let this one slide. They never maintained or fixed anything and now they want to take 85 % of my deposit!! All hell will break loose, THEY WILL PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!</p>
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I moved to Midrand in January. I used Bregan Properties (Wimpie Dempsy) as my agent for finding the place and entering into a lease contract, which was initially for a year. Upon moving in I reported a few defects in the apartment that had to be fixed within 30 days after reporting them (Those were the terms of the contract). </p> <p>Within less than a month of moving in, my house mate and I went home for the weekend, only to come back on the Sunday to an apartment with broken cups and missing laptops, external drives and cellphones. We reported it to the cops, who did absolutely nothing are still going to "get back to us, till this day". Don't get me wrong, I do not blame Bregan for the break in but what I am blaming them for is what I will be mentioning next. Aday after reporting the break in to the police, we requested that the agent, as our landlord, up the security by at least installing a burglar door on the sliding door. Guess what my "trusted" agent who promised and asked that we refer all matters to him said; He said that we should refer the matter to the Bregan offices as he is unable to assist us.</p> <p> </p> <p>OH WOW. It was all fun when he made the promises of that every issue should be refered to him and he will assist but instead in all instances where we tried to contact him, he always referred us to the Bregan offices. I find it funny that a person designated to be your agent, is unwilling to help and assist you, yet come end of the month you get reminders of the rent that is due.</p> <p>When we realised that nothing is going to be done about our safety, we eventually decided to fill in a notice and move out. We did exactly that so end of February 2016, we wrote a letter and submitted it as we were planning to move out exactly two months after that, sticking to the terms of the contract. No one responded until in April when an agent by the name of Judy decided to show up on a Sa****ay without even informing us in advance, with a potential lesee to view the place. Mind you, the agency sent the maintenance people to come and fix the defects an hour before the agent pitched up. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have eventually been able to move out. I called on the day of moving out to postpone my move to a later time of the day but instead the agent (Chris) was so rude that he just started shouting without even asking the complex name or who he was speaking to. </p> <p>I just wish they would treat their customers better and they would put our needs before their greed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since moved out and awaiting my deposit and I am not getting any response from Bregan Properties.</p> <p> </p>
