I've contacted Vodacom over 12 times in the past 48 hours and spent over 6 hours on the phone with numerous departments to get my query resolved, and to date it is still not resolved. A very simple request, and I was now advised that I might have to wait another day or two . I'm highly dissatisfied with the level of service, and wish I could cancel all of my contracts and move to a service provider that actually cares.

Upon disconnection of the call, she returned my phone call, and even went the extra mile to phone me back after a few minutes to ensure that my problem is resolved and all is working. I was a little frustrated with my issue and Linky really restored my faith in Vodacom. Thank you Linky for your kindness, professionalism and for going the extra mile.
Little Monkey sorted out the issue with DOL. The delay was caused by an authorisation issue with my bank due to surname change. Thank you for attending to the matter and keeping me updated. I appreciate your effort and continual feedback on the matter.
My claim was submitted 8 months ago. Poor communication and empty promises. I follow up weekly with them and get the same generic answers and empty promises. I honestly don't even know what to do anymore. I trusted them in a time of need and they failed to deliver. Wish I used a different provider. :(
No answer on telephones and very rude and unclear emails. You are better off dealing with the government directly. Little Monkey was a big dissapointment for me and my family when I needed a reliable supplier.
I sent an email to Makro on 22 June 2018 and to date I have not yet received feedback. I've requested for feedback numerous times to no avail. Do they even read these emails? Who can I contact, call centre agents are also unable to assist with my query.
