No customer service - stay away!

I have been ordering from this company for 3 years now and when I requested a change to an order immediately after I placed it, they said they couldn’t because the job was in the queue. The change was insignificant and would not impact price. They provide 2 contact numbers yet don’t answer calls. This is no way to treat existing or new clients. I will take my business to someone that is willing to value my orders.
