In the first place i struggled to get the technician out to the property for two whole weeks.. when eventually arrived at the property he fixed the v-belt on my gate motor with a piece of wire! And charging me for a new one, very next day the gate was not operational anymore.. struggling to get them back out again. After that the owner of business calls and says that we (property owners) fixed the motor ourselves and that the work that was done, can not be from his company! We paid the first invoice thinking the problem was solved.. so end of the day we paid for no service what so ever
