Very poor service
Used to provide great service. Not anymore. Took 70% deposit in June and 6 months later work is still not complete. Now has abandoned the work after damaging my equipment. Legal action to follow

Motor and gate
We ordered a gate, motor and intercom. Kiresh came to install everything, however the specifications of the gate ordered and the one delivered was incorrect. He said he would be making a new one and come to install however we are still waiting. This was done end of last year 2014. The motor he installed does not work <br> properly. The fuses keep blowing, the battery backup does not work during load shedding. This was meant to be replaced and i'm still waiting. The company whom he bought it from also promised to come out but have not.<br> The gate has fallen off the track he installed and the balu slattes keep popping off the frame.

Last year I had a problem with my driveway gate motor. I called Kiresh from Gatecor to check it out. He said it needed a service that will cost R1400 and that he will need to take the motor to Pinetown for a complete service. He said that it will come with a year's guarantee. He returned with the motor a week later and fitted it back on but told me that it came to +/-R1700 (a bit extra because the company did a little extra work that the motor needed). A few weeks later the motor had a problem again, he came to the property and said it was a minor thing that went wrong. 4 months later the motor did the same thing again. I sms'd him 3 times and he didn't respond so I phoned him, he told me over the phone that there was nothing wrong with the motor, I asked him to please give me the company's number in Pinetown because I want to ask them why they are not willing to cover the guarantee as promised by Kiresh. Kiresh did not want to give me the number and told me to go to Security Zone & North Coast Security in North Coast Road (which is not Pinetown) and they will sort it out. I asked him how will they know who's motor it was? He got irritated and said he does not have time for this.
