Bad service - Gau Appliance Repars

I used GAU Appliance and Repairs for sishwasher repairs in December .They sent a technician by the Name of Enoch who charged me R3000 and told me that I needed to replace the motherboard. He took the ssh washer with him, returned it and it switched on. A few days later it was not working, he told me they are closed for December and will only attend to my issue in Jan, he was quite rude to me in this engagement.

I called the office in Jan, they insisted on dispatching Enoch again, he came and did what he needed to do but two days later the dishwasher was not working again.

I called him, he said he was in his way but he never arrived.

I called their office again this morning, they still insist on sending Enoch!!!!

I would never recommend them.
