Do not use covid test. Practice Number does not exist

They came to do a home Covid test which I was assured by Ona would be covered by my medical aid as they part of the Valu Pharma group. Needless to say, my medical aid rejected the claim because the Practice number provided does not exist. I would like to think this was a honest mistake and not fraudulent misprepresentation. Ona keeps promising me to send an invoice with the correct number but I am still waiting .
