Memory and Mpumi from Finance will just ignore you for your credit balance,they don't care they just want more money
No refund and your credit balance vanished.
I had a query with finance department last year in April as I had credit balance of 6k and I was declined they said that will be used for next year ( 2025 fees since my daughter got a bursary in 2024. Now in 2025 when I asked about the credit balance which I was declined by the finance department Iam being told that I need to pay for fees and there's no balance that will carry over
Finance department is so unprofessional and they will ignore you and make you look like a fool Memory and Mpumi from Finance department are really not helpful and no statements sent out no refund policy
