Deposit to be paid back.
My daughter was studying while staying in gauteng city college accommodation,New doornfontein in 2025 and the first payment had to include a deposit in which in total was R6000 and was told that I will get the R3000 deposit after moving out early January which never happened...I tried calling them and they told me that I'm not the only person who paid the deposit and who do I think I am to be complaining about the deposit money in which other parents haven't received too...even today I'm still waiting for my money yet there are no signs of getting my money back

Gauteng City College- no business sense and no ethics.
The Director/MD at Gauteng City College, Dries Mostert still refuses to pay my invoice which was submitted in September for services rendered in August 2025. I tried calling, messaging and emailing but to no avail. I was told that I am not the only service provider that Dries the MD has not paid. Robert contacted me and Merisha met with me and gave the go ahead to recruit. It seems that the employees have no say in anything and even a lesser say in getting the invoice paid because Dries refuses to process the payment. This is my second post on Hello Peter, and payment was still not recieved. Clearly the leader of GCC has no ethics and very poor business sense. And today when I called Robert, he did not answer my call!

It is so disappointing how GCC Houghton runs their business. Dries the MD does not pay his invoice, he allows his Managers Robert and Merisha to get service provider to recruit persons with disabilities then does not pay the service providers, always making excuses that Dries is not in his office to process the invoice or the staff themselves are never in the office. Robert keeps making excuses for non payment. I recruited for GCC in July/ August and no payment has been made as yet. Disgusting Values and Ethics and they train people! they need to be trained on how to settle their accounts and how to conduct business ethically!

Big shoutout to Oscar I wish you were the finance manager cuz you know and understand accounting very well unlike Prince
Today I got to speak with someone who understands accounting very well🤝thank you so much @Oscar you are a star I wish your manager Prince had the same skills as you but he uses his emotions to deal with queries Prince failed to resolve n respond to my queries because he feels he is superior now he wants to revoke my bursary n provide a new statement I won't pay🤞

They made me pay 6300 saying my daughter registration only to be told the branch don't have those models I asked for my refund from the 29;of August 2025 Till now no refund the guy prince from finance is so rude and arrogant, no communicate and dropped a phone on ear am disappointed I just need my money

Memory and Prince are the worst, Dealing with clowns, dont pay upfront as they don't do refunds and the credit balance doesn't carry over.
Accounts and finance department are a mess I don't think they actually understand accounting as I have a credit balance which must be carried over but they chose not too. Prince is so arrogant and unprofessional

Bad service
Finance department is a mess Prince finance manager is so arrogant and not helpful Memory will just ignore you saying Prince will call you. I have a credit balance of 6k of which they Prince n Memory refused to refund me. Iam very disappointed as there's no one who takes your concerns seriously as this is so annoying

Bad service

Disappointed
Two years ago my brother was supposed to graduate and get his qualifications, we were told that the bursary did not pay (please note that the institution offered the bursary). We have been running up and down for two years trying to get his qualifications only to be met with "there is nothing we can do as the bursary has not paid" we offered to pay out of pocket but were told that it's not allowed. Gauteng city college please explain why this is right, how is this right?

Disappointed
