I placed an order before 9am ,no communication, no warning message that the items might be delay an waiting whole day time schedule for delivery passed,and only went to the app realise it been rescheduled no phone call .the service is ridiculously
They made me pay 6300 saying my daughter registration only to be told the branch don't have those models I asked for my refund from the 29;of August 2025 Till now no refund the guy prince from finance is so rude and arrogant, no communicate and dropped a phone on ear am disappointed I just need my money
**Review:** ★☆☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience with [Company Name] regarding an order I placed through Mr. Delivery for a Pick n Pay grocery delivery. The exact amount from my cart was deducted from my bank account, yet the order did not appear in my order history, and I received no confirmation that the store had received it. When I reached out via WhatsApp to resolve the issue, I was told my order had “not been finalized” but given no proper explanation. After providing proof of the deduction, my chat was abruptly closed, and my follow-up messages were ignored. To make matters worse, I was asked to provide a **bank statement** to prove the transaction—something that is completely unnecessary and a violation of consumer rights under **POPIA and CPA laws** in South Africa. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and *********. Instead of assisting customers properly, they shift the responsibility and avoid accountability. I am still waiting for my refund and a proper response. I would not recommend using this service unless you are prepared to deal with poor customer service and potential financial issues.
Ordered from for them combos....the my prawns were half prawns the food is really bad quality with fish that's over cooked and hard cut into small portions
The quality of this food has deteriorated so badly I bought a colonel burger meal the paty was so small as if it was meant for a snack burger this is ridiculous for the price...The 9 piece was red Inside...am so disappointed 😞

I placed and order via their app money went out from my account but the food was never delivered and it wasn't even reflect on my past orders list...I tried calling and Fail as their number is no longer operational, I tried using an old order to reach out to their help section it didn't work ...a day later the order reflects on my old order list with a not that the restaurant cancelled the order but still haven't received my funds...am annoyed and I just want refund back then I can delete this app honestly
We all know about the horrific service received at this timeless and this point I had enough complained about the disrespectful casher who raised her voice and continue serving other costumers while I was complaining about the price difference.This teller told me to go find a supervisor for the void The manager on duty apologies and promised to investigate and come back to me in a day or two...And honestly I received an apology from and a promise to change thing ...I thank Mr Abraham's for make me feel that we can expect a better service in future
I reach out this company as I was told by my lender supreme finance that handover my account to them I reached to ask for an outstanding and the settlement amount and aid they can't offer a discount which I then decided to pay monthly installment after two installments I call in to check my out standing and they told me a higher amount from my initial amount so I ask instead of this going down it going up Why ...they never answered I was kept on the line for long with no explanation
I have contacted the customer centre via thier app regards my phone which I forgot in one thier vehicle and I still haven't received no feedback and have tried several times to contact their helpline number and no one ever pick ups this is frustrating
