Good day admin, this GES has got *********** or unwilling employees who are could not assist me since a paid for the water bills monthly using my Surname which was not the reference on their system. These people have not fix this issue since March 2023 to date. I have send them proof of payment via their whatsapp number and emailed them via accounts@paidmeters.co.za and been told we will look into it. Meanwhile it has been four weeks since they loaded the our Electric PrePaid meter with surcharge amount to be deducted everytime we by the electricity. NOTE: This is a another of ******ion of our hard earned monies that this company wants to confiscate. We will appreciate if we can get any ombudsman's contact details to assist in this case.
