They wrongly sent me two demand letters saying my account is always not up to date whilst it is their fault and when I talk to someone about it, they say they will talk to the manager or whoever then they will get back to me but never do. I always pay my water month end and all of sudden I must pay water by the 15th day of each. I am not happy with their service, they are over charging me.

Good day admin, this GES has got *********** or unwilling employees who are could not assist me since a paid for the water bills monthly using my Surname which was not the reference on their system. These people have not fix this issue since March 2023 to date. I have send them proof of payment via their whatsapp number and emailed them via accounts@paidmeters.co.za and been told we will look into it. Meanwhile it has been four weeks since they loaded the our Electric PrePaid meter with surcharge amount to be deducted everytime we by the electricity. NOTE: This is a another of ******ion of our hard earned monies that this company wants to confiscate. We will appreciate if we can get any ombudsman's contact details to assist in this case.

Charge you on your meter wrongly. Don't sort it out with the owner of the house and still charge THE WRONG METER (it is not even suppose to be yours) When it is time to give you back your money. They give you back less and don't even apologize for putting you through the trauma and ending up with no money. Spend R1700 in 7 days????? Very bad company

****. They have "readings" that vary by three-fold from month to month, when you query it they tell you that you have a leak somewhere. Does the leak fix itself some months and some months starts all over again. Worst is the staff that is not only super rude they just hang up the phone when they do not have answers. Unproffessional.

Maybe someone can assist me please? Ekwhesi municipality, Alumni Prepaids and Gauteng Electrical Solutions is asking me rediculous service fees for PREPAID electricity and PREPAID water. Within 3 months the service fees are above R3500, and no tax invoice or a service has been delivered to me. If I ask what is the service fee for, no one can give me an answer. So I pay double for water, as the service fee to buy water only monthly is R373.70 excluding the water which is another R400. Thus, my water costs me monthly R800. The electricity is the worst.... Service fees above R500 monthly for electricity

Very bad service, failing to pay the municipality now the electricity is cut for levy fees and so forth. These guys are failing to pay the slightest amount. Pathetic! The director and accountants must attend to this!!

Worst service ever not to mention fraudulent activity. Staff do not respond to communication at all and when you are able to get hold of them or they return a message they are rude and unprofessional. The company failed to pay Tshwane during May/June and I have been calling/mailing en messaging for months now with no assistance. The "director" then phoned me and advised that they would recon the file and make payments by the 10th of September and they would improve the way I buy tokens. This has also not happened - no feedback and no help up to date since May. Phoned today and were told staff I sent mails to no longer work there although I received an email read receipt from the staff member today, I was also told the office is closed for the week due to complications and no one is available to help me.
