Wrongfully charged

They wrongly sent me two demand letters saying my account is always not up to date whilst it is their fault and when I talk to someone about it, they say they will talk to the manager or whoever then they will get back to me but never do. I always pay my water month end and all of sudden I must pay water by the 15th day of each.

I am not happy with their service, they are over charging me.
