Great experience. Our salesman, Adrian Prinsloo, was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful and went out of his way to assist us. Many cars to choose from and clean facilities. Website and online auction easy to use as well as the elctronic signing of documents. Fast and efficient service.
Terrible customer service - rude ladies answering the phones clearly annoyed and unhelpful. Little to no feedback and responsible person never at her table to assist. Was told my car would be done within 5 - 7 work days and arranged my work etc around this. However, on day 7 was told that 5-7 days only applys if nothing goes wrong and they will not be able to deliver my car and unable to provide with an estimate of when I will receive my car.
Worst service ever not to mention fraudulent activity. Staff do not respond to communication at all and when you are able to get hold of them or they return a message they are rude and unprofessional. The company failed to pay Tshwane during May/June and I have been calling/mailing en messaging for months now with no assistance. The "director" then phoned me and advised that they would recon the file and make payments by the 10th of September and they would improve the way I buy tokens. This has also not happened - no feedback and no help up to date since May. Phoned today and were told staff I sent mails to no longer work there although I received an email read receipt from the staff member today, I was also told the office is closed for the week due to complications and no one is available to help me.

In May 2014, Vodacom approached me with a premature upgrade package. I however refused the package as the data bundle included of 300mb was too little. The Vodacom operative then promised 500mb extra per month for the length of the contract in order for me to take the deal. I would not have taken the deal otherwise. Based on the extra data promised, I agreed to the upgrade. I only received the promised data for approximately 3 months and had to fight every month to get it. I have logged 2 Hello Peter Complaints and made several calls to Vodacom over the year and have gotten into many telephonic arguments because of this. The call centre staff are incompetent and arrogant and managers promise feedback and assistance which never happens. I have been a Vodacom client for 17 years and have several contracts and make regular payments and yet they do not feel my money and business is worth their time apparently. Utterly disgusted with their false advertising and claims and terrible service.
