43 minutes agoNEW I took my granny to Unitas casualties urgently as she had a lot of wurms and larvae in her chronic wound and she also has skin cancer. I requested for her specialist. She is on leave. Then I asked for the specialist that is standing in for her, no one stands in for her. The casualty doctor gave her a paracetamol drip (panado) for pain and she is currently drinking Lyrica 50mg morning and night for pain which does not even help, and an antibiotics drip, even though her CRP is high (infection marker), he discharged her with a script for antibiotics for 5 days and tramaset for pain. She has too many tramaset already at home. She walked to casualty, as soon as they were done with her, she was in so much pain, she could not walk. They were very fast to give me a bill of R1295 and I paid it upfront. When I wanted to drive out of their parking area my granny started screaming of pain and can't walk. I went back to casualties to tell the sisters. They did not want to assist me or even bothered to tell the doctor that treated her that the pain is 100 times worse. The sister asked me to go and fetch her with a wheelchair again. One of the other patients got furious and asked the sister why can't she send someone with me to the car to assist me to get my granny back to casualties. I even phoned the matron, without success. She said it is not Unitas hospital, it is the doctor. The doctor works for Unitas. What type of answer is that? I was furious, and went home with granny after they didn't want to help me to get her from the car. But they are extremely fast to take money and no proper treatment given. I will not even recommend this hospital to my worst enemy.
Maybe someone can assist me please? Ekwhesi municipality, Alumni Prepaids and Gauteng Electrical Solutions is asking me rediculous service fees for PREPAID electricity and PREPAID water. Within 3 months the service fees are above R3500, and no tax invoice or a service has been delivered to me. If I ask what is the service fee for, no one can give me an answer. So I pay double for water, as the service fee to buy water only monthly is R373.70 excluding the water which is another R400. Thus, my water costs me monthly R800. The electricity is the worst.... Service fees above R500 monthly for electricity

I bought and paid for a tablet on the 1st of Jamuary 2021. Expected delivery date was 2and March 2021, on the 17th of March Wish emailed me and asked me about their services. How can I rate your service if I cant even trace my parcel of have received it? You are rediculous. And it was a B-Day present
Very unprofessional and rude company. A doctors' receptionist accidently handed over an account of my grandfather. Very eager to send statements and want payment but as soon as the doctors' receptionist rectified the problem, the company refuses to write me an email that my grandfather does not owe them any money. Even though Colmed confirmed on the phone that the doctor withdrawn the account, they refuse to put it on email. Thinks it is a big joke and laughed at me.
After 5 days my one number can make calls again. The call centre sent me to a vodashop. Vodashop phoned them and sincerely apologised that they sent me there as they were unable to fix the problem. They said the call centre was suppose to escalate it to a specialist. It was not necessary for me to go to a Vodashop. Thank you Menlyn Vodashop for logging the calls. It is day 6 and my other number is still unable to make calls. The call centre excuse is that they upgraded their network, that is why my number is not working. I can receive calls, go on the internet, whatsapp working, everything working, except I can not male any calls. Very dissappointed. Been a customer of them for more than 18 years.
2 cellphone numbers registered at vodacom. Can receive calls, do everything, except call other people with both numbers. I phoned the vodacom call centre 4 times, did all that they suggested I must do. Even tried the sim cards in another phone. Then after 5 hours they can not find a problem and I need to go to a vodashop now. Been a customer for 18 years. Did tell the vodacom call centre that I am going to swop to another network, their answer was, its fine. Excellent service (sarcastic).
