Colmed not paying the Service Provider
I had a dental appointment at Valleyview Heathworx and had a payment arrangement. Due to medical conditions I could not make the payments and I was handed over to Colmed. There was in total R314 outstanding when I was handed over, I have paid R300 till date and been sending e-mails to Colmed to find out what is the situation. I received the following email this morning "We received a remittance from Colmed Dated 01.08.2022 were they only going to pay R155.54 but we didn’t received any money from Colmed" I feel that I am not going to make other payments except for the R20 and odd rand I am still outstanding. This was an agreement between Colmed and Valleyview Healthworx. I wont be paying any money double. And if they did not receive the funds from Colmed they need to sort it out with Colmed

Colmed contacted me about money owing 3years ago. re an accident that Vitalmed (ambulance) assisted with and apparently wasn't getting paid by the Road Accident Fund, so they approached me after 3 years stating that its a final demand and if no payment received, I will be blacklisted. Have been paying them, and should be uptodate with pmts. Requested detailed statements from them asthey are still demanding more money, but to no avail, they sent a statement just reflecting a much higher amount owing,that does not make sense at all. I've requested a detailed statement but to no avail. I've also requested a copy of the call recording as well as the manager to call me re the account, but to no avail. What to do in this instance? Is there someone like an ombudsman for these things that we could address it with?

COLMED ARE FRAUDULENT
iPath notified me that Colmed is a fraudulent company. Colmed insists that I owe iPath money when iPath clearly says that my account has a 0 balance. Colmed then charge you for every call, sms and email they send you so that they have a fictitious bill against you. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM, CRIMINALS!! EVEN THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY IS SAYING SO.

Owner is a criminal
The owner, Marc Meiring, is a criminal. He handles the pay overs himself and has withheld payment to the clients for months at a time. He won't take calls, doesn't reply to enquiries and simply ignores emails. More than one of my accounts have been "closed and paid up" without any money being paid over to the client.

Fraud
I'm being harassed by this company to pay a medical bill for a doctor I never saw! Their only proof that it was me is a Colmed statement of the admin fees accumulating... 1. I never saw this doctor, because 2. I never made an appointment to see this doctor... Do you really think I would forget that I saw a surgeon..?
