Fraud

I'm being harassed by this company to pay a medical bill for a doctor I never saw! Their only proof that it was me is a Colmed statement of the admin fees accumulating... 1. I never saw this doctor, because 2. I never made an appointment to see this doctor...

Do you really think I would forget that I saw a surgeon..?
