Our experience with Asif from Royal Habibi Travel and Tours was nothing short of exceptional. Asif handled everything, from securing our visas to booking our flights, with such efficiency that all we had to do was pack our bags and enjoy our holiday. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making travel stress-free, but Asif truly delivered. Thanks to him, we were able to relax and focus solely on creating memories. Somewhat unprofessional, I paid her in full before the event to ensure smooth sailing. On the day, loadshedding kicked in unexpected as we hadn't had the entire week & it lasted 4 hours. The lady was unprepared for this (she had no manual pump as backup). She did make a plan, which I was grateful for but my expectations were slowly diminished because she was rushing to another appointment & whilst setting up the balloon hoop, she was having a full on argument with the next client because she hadnt received pmt as yet (so not focusing on the job at hand). So whilst all of this is happening she says that it looks like she hadn't blown up enough balloons for the hoop (this was supposed to be the main attraction). Needless to say she rushed off to her next appointment. The balloon arch looked really shoddy so my guests and I ended up blowing balloons that I had brought along for something else & completed the arch. Was a total waste of money. She hadnt even called back to apologise. I believe in supporting small businesses, but at some point there has to be accountability. Utterly disappointed.
Vula Collections have taken over from Colmed debt administration. Paid the account in full to Colmed on the 7th of Nov 2022 (an account that could have been settled in 2018 with the medical aid, if they had notified me about it, but only received notification about this when Colmed called in March 2021...a whole 3 years later). Received an email from Vula on the 11th Nov 2022 stating that they have taken over from Colmed & that money is due etc. Emailed them the final POP as well as the mail thread with Colmed confirming the same, however no action or allocations were made as I'm still receiving SMS's threatening ITC listing. Whatsapps were then sent to the numbers they advertise. The messages are being read (blue ticked) but still no response... Vula Collections, please advise what is going on???
Colmed contacted me about money owing 3years ago. re an accident that Vitalmed (ambulance) assisted with and apparently wasn't getting paid by the Road Accident Fund, so they approached me after 3 years stating that its a final demand and if no payment received, I will be blacklisted. Have been paying them, and should be uptodate with pmts. Requested detailed statements from them asthey are still demanding more money, but to no avail, they sent a statement just reflecting a much higher amount owing,that does not make sense at all. I've requested a detailed statement but to no avail. I've also requested a copy of the call recording as well as the manager to call me re the account, but to no avail. What to do in this instance? Is there someone like an ombudsman for these things that we could address it with?
2nd time I ordered from them... Exceptional experience... Ordered and delivered within a week... On both occassions... Customer satisfaction guaranteed!!!
Exceptional service from transactions to queries to exceptionally low bank charges etc... Highly recommended!!!
