Worst, sly company ever!! This company is so sly they add fees to your amount due per day and then they have the audacity to give false information. Also threaten you with summons over a measly R200. Their clients are just as bad as they are.

As a previous employee of vula collections I'd advise no business to be done with them. Salaries are never paid on time the Directors Marc and Mercia are ******* and will send you piller to post with no proper feedback. I've had my contract unfairly terminated and they still haven't paid my 3 months salary

Vula Collections have taken over from Colmed debt administration. We paid an account in full to Colmed and received a 0.00 balance statement by 31/03/2022. Now a year later 30/03/2023 we receive emails from Vula regarding the same account. We keep sending them the paid up letter from Colmed, but they are just ignoring it, threatening with ITC listing. They have taken over from Colmed and there is still money due how is this possible if Colmed sent us a paid up letter. On the letter we received they have no VAT number yet, which tells me this is a new company. The signature on the email is M Cloete, but as per the internet she was also a member of Colmed. Coincidence? Vula I have reported you to the Onbusdman for Debt collections due to non responsive emails

I was handed over by the doctor when I thought I had finished paying off my account, needless to on the 8th of March I called their office number provided on sms and there was no answer, then sent them a watsapp to contact me regarding the outstanding amount but nothing. I called my doctor and they requested POP's which I sent, after 3 weeks vula Collectors call me and I explained that I sent the POP's to thee doctor since they did not respond. On Monday I sent another email copied my doctor telling them I'll be taking it up with Hello Peter and still nothing. The doctor responded and said he will follow-up wiithh them I made payment as per the sms I got and today I receive a response saying I owe them more than R600, firstly they are *********** and liers because they included email fees when they only sent an email once I would like to ask companies to stop using their service as it's disgusting and they will loose clients, they don't bother to return calls and make up fees

Vula Collections have taken over from Colmed debt administration. Paid the account in full to Colmed on the 7th of Nov 2022 (an account that could have been settled in 2018 with the medical aid, if they had notified me about it, but only received notification about this when Colmed called in March 2021...a whole 3 years later). Received an email from Vula on the 11th Nov 2022 stating that they have taken over from Colmed & that money is due etc. Emailed them the final POP as well as the mail thread with Colmed confirming the same, however no action or allocations were made as I'm still receiving SMS's threatening ITC listing. Whatsapps were then sent to the numbers they advertise. The messages are being read (blue ticked) but still no response... Vula Collections, please advise what is going on???
