My husband and I both have MTN contracts. I never had a problem with them until last year. My husband took out a two-for-one deal and has had billing issues since the day he upgraded his package. From incorrect banking details to debit orders not going off to wrong debit order dates, everything has gone wrong with this contract. He has called and been in the store multiple times. Every time we walk out of the store and think the issue has been resolved, we find out at the end of the month that the same problem persists. This is getting ridiculous, up to the point that they are billing him 3 times the amount of the initial contract. They have greylisted the number, but when we are in the store, they can't detect any issues. Like, what the hell?
Worst, sly company ever!! This company is so sly they add fees to your amount due per day and then they have the audacity to give false information. Also threaten you with summons over a measly R200. Their clients are just as bad as they are.
I am super dissapointment in Momentum, no communication , insane waiting periods for their customer service. I thought they are a major player within their field but clearly been mistaken. 3 weeks after submitting two pot claim, finally reveiced a notification about missing documents, THREE WEEKS LATER! So my process will probably be finalized next year the way things are turning out. Very poor service!!!!
I have tried multiple times to withdraw from my 2pot via WhatsApp with no luck, keep receiving message can't validate banking details. Have called customer service multiple times they do not have a reason for this happening and the only feedback is try again. I have emailed a withdrawal claim only to follow up and hear the process takes 15 days but to please try and submit via WhatsApp again. It seems like the staff has not been fully informed on the current status of this process. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and I always thought momentum was a good company.
I have been under debt review for the past 5 years, and to me this sounded like the solution to my problems, I was not behind on my instalments, I just needed a plan to start paying off my debt to have more money available during the month. This however has been the worst financial decision I have ever made. This company said everything they needed to say to hook me in and now five years later, after they promised I would be debt free, my name would be cleared, etc, I am fighting endlessly to get in contact with someone there. Their customer service department is non existent, I don't owe them anything, yet they are trying to deduct money monthly, they don't update your balances, even though you have submitted it to them multiple times. I am now struggling to get my name cleared, someone that never once skipped a payment before I joined debt review. I am beyond frustrated and fed up with this company!!!!
I am appalled at the service Ive been receiving at MTN. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, had contracts for 10 of those years and the service I am receiving currently is frustrating to say the least. I am trying to get hold of their legal department to sort out an issue as one of my contracts' upgrade was declined a month after I upgraded the other one, which does not even makes sense. Anyway, went in to branch, they dont even offer to help, spoke with customer care and upgrade department around 10 times, everyone gives me the run around, logs tickets incorrectly or does not understand what Im talking about. No man, this is ridiculous!!! I am fuming as Im typing this.
I am so sick and tired of Nedbank and their horrible customer service. Ive been trying to cancel a debit order for an account I dont use anymore, with no luck, my banking fees on this account is now sky high due to them reversing the debit order monthly while they getting paid via other methods monthly. I refuse to pay all these banking fees due to your incomptetence, you are pathetic as a financial institution. Not to mention their complaints department does not resolve anything , does not even give feedback!
<p>I am so sick and tired of MTN and this usage limit scam of theirs, whenever I check my usage limit its set on R0 but somehow it just magically increases to much more, and at the end of the day I have to pay for their incompetence, went to the store I bought my phone, no one could help me, cant say when or on what the costs were incurred. Logged a complaint and nothing happened meanwhile I had to pay R1000 extra. A couple of months later and the same thing is happening, Im over you MTN, definitely changing networks now, Ive been a loyal customer from 2002, but this is ridiculous.</p>
