wesbank online auction is a scam

wesbank vehicle auction is a scam they manipulate slot ,reserve slot or sell cars to their friends ,during viewing time you will see them running around with their friends ,i have placed a bid which I won and the online system state that I'm the highest bidder but when i went to the branch to query, the guy called Dion(branch manager) said that been the highest bidder doesn't mean that i won? which i don't understand ,he reverse this cars for his friends ,he kept me awaiting for 3 hours manipulating the system to remove me as a higher bidder and only to tell me that he cannot do anything .
