We had an issue with the our claims, only to find that it was with the underwriter. I must commend Gavanni for their excellent communication. Their team kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I was never left in the dark. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the entire experience much smoother. Highly recommend!

Sadly to mention but claims aren't being paid out , the disrespect that Gavanni has for its clients and it's been two weeks and we can't reach them. I've spoken to a few funeral palours and I've been told it's been a **** for years now. They should be Ashamed!
