Client does not pay his staff and service providers. make sure you are not a victim when he offers you work. He has not paid me since March 2022 with the excuses that his previous staff made him loose finances in his business. Unethical business directors. they use and abuse staff, pleads poverty to CCMA and staff yet they maintain a high profiled lifestyle. People like this should not be in business if they want to destroy other small business by not paying them. He owes me, also an emerging consultancy almost R20 000 and has been since making excuses. Now he refuses to answer my calls. His wife also ignores me. I urge businesses to think twice about working with this unethical company

I have ordered a welcome mat for a client on 1 Sept 2021 online. an hour later I got a call from a lady to let me know that they dont have the colour i have chosen. I told her i was not happy with any other colour and that i want the order cancelled and credited to my netflorist account for use any other time. Todate I have no credit on my account. Amount was around R979. Sent w emails to orders@netflorist, with a auto response that it would take 24 hours to be answered. Yet 24 hours have long gone and no credit or even someone to apologise for the mistake. Totally disgusting, although I have use their services a lot and did not have this problem. So I opted for this as I might just get a response
On the 25th February 2021, i had looked at an advert regarding cheap flight by travelstart. In fact i previously used Travelstart for all my flight bookings till Jan 2019. the next morning at 12am i had a unauthorised deduction made by travelstart from my account. It was R768 and no confirmation was made through emails since I had not done a booking or even authorised Travelstart to deduct from my account. As it is nowadays you have to follow up and do your own enquiries when errors happens by instutions There was a watsapp number that you can communicate with Travelstart. This didnt help as whatever word I typed in, it had taken me to the main menu. In vain I sent and email and each email was only responded 2 days later, requesting more information upon information. Eventually they requested by bank statement, which was sent and they advised me that i would get a response with 72 hours. This was on the 10 March 2021. To date (17 March) no response has been given. between the 10th and 17th I have also sent reminder emails with no response. Seems like Travelstart can get richer with R768 and as i am constantly sending emails to deaf ears or blind eyes. My advise is that in future people need to be careful to use Travelstart and pay online, eventually your bank account will be debited for monies which thay have no answer for
