Beware!!! No integrity. Deceitful business operation
<p>Paid company for order placed. Order was then cancelled by client. </p> <p>Requested refund on 4/7. Still waiting. Calls are screened by receptionist and no one is ever in the office to speak to.</p> <p> Nor is there any response to emails. </p> <p>No integrity as a company. Highly unprofessional. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.</p> <p>Will never deal with them or owner Mati Khumalo again. </p> <p> </p>

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE -
WE PLACED AN ORDER WITH GAZELLE SAFETY IN DEC 2014 TO THE VALUE OF R 23,400-00, A FEW DAYS AFTER ORDER WAS PLACED THE SUPPLIER HAD NOT STOCK AVAILABLE OF THE SAID ITEM. I REQUESTED A REFUND AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD THAT THE MANAGER WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND A WEEKLY DEPOSIT OF R 5000-00 WOULD BE MADE. ONE PAYMENT OF R 5000-00 WAS MADE IN DEC 2014 AND THAT WAS THE LAST. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY STEPHEN SINCE JANUARY AND HE SAID THAT THE COMPANY WAS GOING THROUGH SOME FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND THAT THEY WOULD AGREE TO PAY THE SAID AMOUNT OF R 1500-00 PER WEEK, TO DATE NO A SINGLE PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED AND THEY NEVER RETURN MY CALLS OR RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS. TODAY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT BOTH MATI THE MANAGER AND THE OWNER STEPHEN ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY. I AM AT MY WITS END NOW AND DO NOT HOW TO RECOVER MY MONEY FROM THEM. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST

Beware of this Company - unethical
This company has bought stock from us, and when comping to collect the owner Mati Khumalo asked that we add some items and that she would transfer the money right away, in good faith we released the stock to her driver. However she had failed to do the full payment, after numerous phone calls and emails requesting payment or that the stock be returned, Mati Khumalo refused our telephone calls and given us no response to our pleading emails. It is very sad that it has come to this. But I am writing this report so that other companies and individuals don't get caught like we did when dealing with Gazelle Safety Solutions!!! Be Ware of this lady, she is unethical and dishonest.
