I purchased 225 units/pieces of stone cladding from Stone Library in Gauteng, the delivery arrived and the crate it came in was clearly dropped/damaged. Some of my Cladding was broken right through and other's were dismantled. They allow for 6% breakage on any sale but 20% of my order was damaged. Only 180 units were in good condition and 45 were broken/dismantled. We took all the dismantled pieces back to them to get 45 whole ones, after a huge argument they agreed to only give is 35 units.. How am I as a consumer able to calculate a whole lot of broken pieces to be 45 whole units? So as a consumer I paid for 10 extra pieces that I never received, their argument is but how do they know I didn't use it elsewhere?? I find them extremely unethical, unprofessional and just plain rude. We even sent them photos of the delivery before we opened the crate to show them it is broken, we invited them to our house where the 180 whole pieces were placed on a wall to prove we have not used an extra 10 units.. to no avail. I just feel they are very friendly to get your business and once you've paid them A LOT of money all goes down, from their attitude to their product, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
I bought a dress on the online store at [URL Removed] in December 2015, it arrived in January 2016 labelled correctly but the size was about 3 times bigger than what it should have been. When enquiring to the online shop about an exchange they told me i'd have to send it back to the manufacturer in China at my expense. I then requested a refund as it was not what I ordered, it arrived later than promised and was no longer needed. Again I was advised to send it back to China for an exchange. These people do not give refunds, there is no contact number or physical address on the website because they clearly don't want to be contacted by upset clients. I wish to warn everyone against them as it is completely against the consumer act, you cannot supply something incorrectly and then refuse a refund, it is against the law. Please do not become a victim like I did, I would not recommend this online store to anyone due to their service, poor product quality and lack of business ethics.
This company has bought stock from us, and when comping to collect the owner Mati Khumalo asked that we add some items and that she would transfer the money right away, in good faith we released the stock to her driver. However she had failed to do the full payment, after numerous phone calls and emails requesting payment or that the stock be returned, Mati Khumalo refused our telephone calls and given us no response to our pleading emails. It is very sad that it has come to this. But I am writing this report so that other companies and individuals don't get caught like we did when dealing with Gazelle Safety Solutions!!! Be Ware of this lady, she is unethical and dishonest.
