I was urgently looking for a ae urgently. GARY Bruyns and Linda Bruyns were just excellent. They were committed to getting me a place and met and even exceeded my expectations. They managed to get me the rental apartment at a reduced price, sorted the logistics very quickly. I would recommend GB properties to any person looking to rent a place.

What a bunch of ******.. I terminated my lease early because of personal reasons, and I was charged 4800 for that, fine I understood.. What really got to me was they wanted me to pay the electricity bill for 2 months, while I was no longer staying there and paying for the new tenants.. I don't even think that's lawful.. These people will ***** and suck you all your money so that they don't pay you back your deposit.. It's been two months since I've moved and till today I have not gotten my deposit back.. I will never, never again use this agent... A bunch of blood sucking ******.

What a bunch of ******.. I terminated my lease early because of personal reasons, and I was charged 4800 for that, fine I understood.. About a month ago I emailed the owner of a unit I am renting at Highgrove Sandton with a list of things to be repaired after I send a few emails to the agency GB Properties handling all repairs and no one replied to any of my emails regarding the repairs at that stage. Then the owner send an email requesting answers on the repairs. Then I was phoned by a guy from the agency and he screamed at me for emailing the owner directly and said that my contract stated that I were not allowed to do that, but when I checked my contract it was not the case. I would never recommend this agency and the company used for maintenance, Clearvest. I think that they are unprofessional. The maintenance guy has an attitude, honestly has no respect for a client and has never apologise for his bad behaviour. I am honestly contemplating reporting the agency at the EAAB.

<p>I am very disgusted and disappointed at what GB Properties did to me. I moved there in 2014 Nov, did the checklist and sent it through. But when i terminated my lease in 2016, i was charged for things i did not break. I was told they cannot locate my checklist. Even when i sent them the copy of the checklist they are giving me the run around, they dont want to refund me. The place was a not in good condition when i moved in, but i stayed, sent them numerous emails to fix those things but they did not. Now everything is put on me. Where can i report these crooks because if they can do it to me, they can do it to any other person.</p>
