About a month ago I emailed the owner of a unit I am renting at Highgrove Sandton with a list of things to be repaired after I send a few emails to the agency GB Properties handling all repairs and no one replied to any of my emails regarding the repairs at that stage. Then the owner send an email requesting answers on the repairs. Then I was phoned by a guy from the agency and he screamed at me for emailing the owner directly and said that my contract stated that I were not allowed to do that, but when I checked my contract it was not the case. I would never recommend this agency and the company used for maintenance, Clearvest. I think that they are unprofessional. The maintenance guy has an attitude, honestly has no respect for a client and has never apologise for his bad behaviour. I am honestly contemplating reporting the agency at the EAAB.
