Poor Service.
Out for delivery from 09:00 on the 10th, a Friday morning. At 16:00 made a call to the office, spoke to a lady and was asked which area. She then proceeded to xfer my call to someone (I presume that caters for that area). The phone rang for no one answered. I called back and the same procedure unfolded. I phone the Saturday morning at 08:50, and was told that they do not work on weekends, and I might get my parcel on the Monday.

Bad communication, good delivery
I created an account just to post this as there were majority bad reviews and it made me stress about my package a little but this courier was actually good. I ordered from Evetech to deliver to Durban and it was picked up by the courier to be transported to Durban on Friday. I have received it at 8:30 am Monday. Although I did not get email updates and their tracking system did not display information so I was worried, when I called at 8am this morning they assisted and confirmed it was out for delivery today. Their delivery was speedy and my package is in good condition, their update and communication system is generally bad but behind the scenes it was good.

************* and very unorganised Company
They do not deliver overnight,takes 5 days plus.They lie and use delay tactics.They have no infrastructure or order.Worst Courier Company in history of couriers compnaies.Sure they will close their door very soon

No urgency in deliveries
Extremely disappointed in the service received. Courier a tender document for same day delivery. 1. It was not delivered same day 2. I paid for same day delivery though None the less Was promised that my package will be delivered at 06h30 - the branch manager tells me 07h30 - the driver says to my partner 08h30 - as you would have it / I received a picture of my tender at the delivery hall DELIVERED LATE. Tender not accepted.

Superb service!
Superb delivery experience with Gear Up Couriers! After ordering from Evetech (on a Friday, after hours), Gear Up Couriers delivered my package incredibly fast. Upon arrival, the drivers couldn’t get hold of me, so they went the extra mile and inquired with other residents within our complex. I was then alerted and collected my package from them. Drivers were very friendly and patient. Overall a very positive first experience. I’d rather have Gear Up couriers handle my package instead of other larger competitors.

Horrible delivery
I made this account just to write a review. My package has been out for delivery since Wednesday according to an email and as of writing this review, it is the next week Monday and still nothing. Very poor
