Poor Service.
Out for delivery from 09:00 on the 10th, a Friday morning. At 16:00 made a call to the office, spoke to a lady and was asked which area. She then proceeded to xfer my call to someone (I presume that caters for that area). The phone rang for no one answered. I called back and the same procedure unfolded. I phone the Saturday morning at 08:50, and was told that they do not work on weekends, and I might get my parcel on the Monday.
