Expensive system with endless problems

I have had a geberit toilet for yhe past 2 years and have had endless problems with the flusher

The flusher accessories are made out of plastic and keep breaking

To find the parts are very difficult Now my rod in yhe flusher broke and I can't find it anywhere

This is pathetic as geberit is so expensive but the quality is horrible
