Good Day,
Instead of going into the full history of the problems I experienced with Geex I will just keep it simple. We all know how critical it is to stay on-line via our e-mails. Geex assisted me in December and they were very helpful and friendly.
However I experienced a problem with my computer re. the software approx. 1 + week ago. and it was something that was not difficult for them to assist me with. I basically begged them to get back to me... but they didn't.
Subsequently had to go the long way about speaking to Microsoft in the UK and Dial a Nerd.
I lost so much time in the process.
I honestly don't think they have the infrastructure to offer great after-service.
