Bad service from Annelise

As a corporate gifting supplier I have never received such pathetic service from a supplier/manufacturer of a premium product,I made a phone call to Geldhof Clearwatermall and spoke to a lady who refered me to their head office in order to deal with the nature of my inquiry. Then I was told that the people who could assist me were on lunch, but the lady on the other end would transfer me to Annelise who deals with bulk orders. When I spoke to Annelise her tone was very unfriendly and she sounded disinterested.She would not hear me out when I tried to explain to her that I require a certain amount of grams for a specific product,she would could continually cut me as I was speaking so that I would not get a word in and did not even understand a simple question. What I found so disgusting is the fact that she was so patronizing and unhelpful and not once during that call did she even make any suggestions to what I was asking for. As a corporate gifting supplier myself I am so disappointed with their service. I deal with suppliers on a daily basis and I have never experiencved such disappointing service.
