BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
i visited Geldhof in Meadowdale on Sunday and we were super amazed by the good customer service and friendly staff that helped us choose a gift for my wife for our wedding Anniversary Thank you to Steffany for the amazing customer service and helping us choose a gift.

***ual Harassment from Staff in Sandton
I was ***ually assaulted by a guy named Nkuli inside this store and i reported him but he still works there. it’s very disappointing but i’m not surprised because the HR & management knew about it as i reported it but nothing was done. He still worked there during the investigation and he’s back there full time. Despite being the **** capital of the world and this company enables and enjoyes this.

Fallen Out of Love with Geldhof
A star for friendly and professional assistance and a second for packaging and unfortunately this is where it ends. We have fallen out of love with Geldhof and we really hope it was just a "Seasonal" temporary glitch but there is no longer any difference (in taste) between this once awesome brand and the usual standard supermarket brands. Despite the variety of fillings, the chocolate was just sugar and absolutely no chocolate taste there. We only made one purchase in December which is way below our average for this establishment and we really hope this was not a sign of a change in recipe or drop in level of quality.

Feeling cheated after buying their chocolate gift box.
I would like to start off by saying that I love their chocolates and that they are beautifully made and taste great. But recently I bought a gift hamper for my mother's birthday that I was not impressed with whatsoever. The box it came in was nice and it seemed nice and filled with assorted chocolates but when it was opened, to my great dissapointment, it was only the top of the opening of the box that had 4 different packets of chocolate but the rest of the box was simply filled with more plastic stuffing than actual chocolates, and that is excluding their packaging. For the price that I had paid for that box, I could've bought easily more than tripled the amount of chocolates, and better choices at that, but now I feel cheated by what I got since it was presented nicely but it's not at all what I thought I had paid for. I am very unimpressed and I will not be supporting their gift hampers ever again. Rather choose the exact chocolates that you want and pay for what you know you are receiving.

Geldhof Chocolates-
Geldhof chocolates are excellent. They are local, but 'Belgium". What I love is that although they are speciality, they are quite inexpensive. I have bought at their factory shop, great selection and discounted, and their Douglasdale store has great variety as well, and as said, not expensive. Yummy. #30in30

Geldhof Chocolates-
