I received an SMS to contact ASBA with regards to my car last month, I battled for days to get through to Reneilwe on the provided contact number, countlessly not answered or engaged. Once speaking with Reneilwe I was informed my car payment has not been paid for 3 months - I told her this was strange as it always goes off and there is money in the account so why would it not? Reneilwe was not sure either. After speaking with Reneilwe who was in such a pleasant mood to assist me (Cough) we changed my debit order day to the 1st of each month and increased my amount on the payment. This October (Now the 13th) the deduction is still not gone off, ABSA wants me to go into a branch and pay the missed deductions in full but the debit order hasn't gone off? Back to calling 3 days in a row with no answer to the number provided. I refuse to waste my day going into a branch and pay, why should I be subject to using my work day to sort your issues and you don't answer the phone??? Unbelievable.
So, how to i describe this... I placed an order on the 13th Feb, to surprise my lovely lady with a small box of chocolates, she doesn't really do valentines day, but I wanted to show her how much she meant to me. She really is my entire world. However, i placed an order and before I knew it, the ordering site selected 31 December 2099. Unfortunately I doubt she will be alive by then to receive my chocolates, and roses. In a flat panic I called Net-florist who said they would credit and send me a voucher, and I could reorder, but that didn't happen. Needless to say, my lady wasn't too happy with me. So Netflorist, thanks for ruining my valentines day, I won't ever use you again. Needless to say, I slept on the couch last night. Thanks guys.
