I emailed Mugg and Bean about two months ago about the ****roqch problem at M&B Gateway that I saw on two different occasions. Have not been back since and they haven't even rep**** to my email. Major health and safety irregularity.
Bought a custard slice and it was frozen plus the price and expiration date sticker was **********. It actually made me sick, appalled that this Spar is freezing and defrosting things to sell past the expirey date.
Food was not good, tastless amd bland. Service took so long and did not listen to our requests qbout the meals. Drink took forever to get to us. Would not recommend

I bought a pie from Eastmans Spar yesterday 05/04/2022, It was a mutton curry pie but there was not one piece of mutton in it, every time I thought there was a piece it turned out to be a huge piece of fat which is horrible. I was up all night with an upset tummy, not sure if this pie was old or going off.
Sunil from M&B Gateway is the MOST AMAZING humam I have ever met. He was so polite, I didn't have to ask for a thing, he brought me water and sauces and was so kind as to even open the bottle for me. He continuously checked up on me and had a wonderful bubbly personality. The best service ever
I met the loveliest girl at Toys R Us Gateway. Her name is Bronwyn...so friendly and helpful and smiley.
I bought a massage deal off Daddy's deals for a one and a half hour sports massage and on the day I was running late but I kept messaging the Whastapp number to let them know I was running late and what time I would be there. My massage was only one hour instead of one and a half hours and I asked the lady did one and a half hours go that quick? and she said yes but I definitely checked the time before we started. This is extremely unprofessional as I should have rather booked somewhere where I was going to get what I paid for and I have given a few of these vouchers as gifts and I am concerned the same thing is going to happen to them. I do think the facilities... room, towels and pool should be cleaner and staff should not be lying on the couches as guests enter.
have a huge problem with the Durban North Branch. I own a business and over the past three weeks I have been sending through Diwali cards to be printed and cut. Firstly, your staff is so unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. Secondly, apparently there was a problem with the alignment of the copies on the page but nobody contacted me about this initially, only after the second batch was sent, printed and cut then someone contacted me telling me this. My cards were cut in all different shapes and sizes, and it was sold in a set so it was definitely noticeable to customers. Thirdly, nobody ever answers their phones and when you call the whatsapp number they cut the call and they blame it on loadshedding. Also I was misinformed of the price of cutting, I was told it's a once of R30 fee to cut but apparently it's R30 per batch sent through. Kindly teach all your staff the price of things in your store. When I went in to complain the indian Gentleman helped me and was very helpful and apologetic. Not to mention another lady was also there complaining about something and about how nobody contacted her regarding her order. There are tons of complaints on Google reviews and Hello Petter and this complaint is going on there also. The staff needs to go for communication skills training and there are lots of people looking for jobs, rather hire people who appreciate their job and are willing to work well.
Good evening My cousins and I came to Doppio this evening for coffee and and the service was ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Firstly, the toilets were absolutely filthy Secondly, our waiter Leeroy was rushing us to place our order. My sister had gone to the toilet and asked him to give her 2 minutes to look at the menu. He actually told her off and said he is actually doing us a favour and she needs to order now. He brought our coffees and cakes and did not ask us if we wanted anything else but brought the bill straight after that. I understand the kitchen closes at 9 but that is why we only ordered coffee, the restaurant was still full so it wasn't like you guys were waiting for us to lock up. Afterwards he was actually walking around doing nothing and never checked on us. This is such terrible customer service, we and so many others are spending money in your restaurant not to be treated like this. There are many people out there looking for a job, rather employe someone who is friendly and can work well with people.
